The Price of Unemployment

February 3rd, 2010

A friend of mine in Perth is investigating Alcohol Rehab. He’s 37 years old and starts drinking at about 11 AM each day. He starts with a few spirits and then moves on to cask wine. I estimate he is now consuming 20 – 30 standard drinks per day, about 10 times the recommended limit.

It all began about 10 months ago when he got fired from his job in Optus. He got depressed and started drinking to fill in the day while watching Oprah. I feel really sorry for him, he’s lost his enthusiasm for life and living.

He went looking for Residential Drug Rehab treatment that guaranteed results. I hope he finds some information and it cures him.
